Tuna Burger
3 cans of Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil Manná
10 tablespoons of rolled oats
10 tablespoons of oat bran
5 tablespoon of olive oil
2 spoons of garlic powder
1 cup of lemon juice
1 chopped onion
6 tablespoons of natural yogurt
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Assembling process:
5 hamburger buns
5 lettuce leaves
1 cup grated carrot
2 cups of arugula
Mustard (to taste)
1. Preheat the oven to 180º.
2. Drain the liquid from the tuna can. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until obtain a homogeneous mixture.
3. Form 5 balls of the dough and mold into a hamburger shape.
4. In a frying pan, with olive oil, grill the hamburgers until they are golden.
5. Assemble the hamburger on the bun, with lettuce, grated carrots, arugula and natural yogurt.
