Ingredients
2 slices of sandwich bread or rustic bread
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Arugula or baby spinach, to taste
Potato chips to serve (optional)
Preparation
1. Lightly toast the bread slices.
2. Generously spread both slices of bread with Manná Sardine Pâté (or the spicy version, if you prefer a stronger flavor).
3. Place the spinach and cherry tomatoes on top.
4. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread (with the pâté facing inward).
5. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve with potato chips.
Tips:
- For extra freshness, you can add cucumber slices.
- Do you like pickles? They pair perfectly as well.
