Tuna Belly Salad

Ingredients

2 cans of Tuna Belly in extra virgin olive oil with Onion, Garlic and Parsley Manná

3 plain natural greek yogurts

1 cup of chopped celery

1 diced red onion

½ diced cucumber

2 carrots

1 teaspoon of mustard

chopped parsley (to taste)

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation

1. Drain the tuna belly and carefully remove it from the can;

2. Chop all the vegetables into small pieces;

3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
