Bagels With Canned Fish

1 can of Tuna Belly in extra virgin olive oil Manná

1 can of Sardine Fillets in tomato sauce Manná

1 can of Mackerel Fillets in mustard sauce Manná

1 can of Horse Mackerel Fillets in organic olive oil Jupiter

4 bagels

Cream cheese

½ cup of arugula

1/2 cucumber

1/4 red onion

1 tomato

1 avocado

capers (to taste)


1. Start by chopping the red onion and the tomato into slices. Also cut the avocado and cucumber into thin slices;

2. Spread the cream cheese on the base of the bagels.

3. Start filling the bagels by dividing the several vegetables into each one.

4. On the bagel with the cucumber, place the mackerel fillets and on the one with the tomato slices, add the sardine fillets. On the bagel with avocado, add the tuna belly and on the bagel with arugula, place the horse mackerel fillets.

5. Add red onion and capers to all bagels. Place the top part of the bagels and serve.
