What is IFS Certification?
IFS (International Featured Standards) is a globally recognized benchmark that assesses the quality, authenticity, and safety of food products and processes, with a strong focus on meeting legal and customer-specific requirements.
The IFS Food Certification, granted through rigorous audits, is a key standard for food companies operating in demanding national and international markets. To maintain the “Higher Level”, a score above 95% is required, demonstrating a high level of compliance with the standard’s criteria.
