Tomato Rice with Horse Mackerels

Ingredients

2 cans of Horse Mackerel in olive oil Manná

400g of tomato

220g of rice

200g of green or red peppers

120g of leeks

120g of onion

80g of coriander

20g of garlic

1 teaspoon of olive oil

2g of paprika

1 bay leaf

Preparation

1. Start by cutting the onion, garlic, leeks, peppers and tomato. Put everything in a pan, also including the bay leaf and let it boil.

2. Add water and add the rice. Cover and let it cook.

3. Add the horse mackerels, the paprika and the olive oil at the end. Finish with fresh coriander.
