Introduction
All products made by Conserveira do Sul are subject to a rigorous quality
control through comprehensive monitoring of the production processes.
This is achieved through HACCP, a quality/hygiene and food safety system which
is in place to objectively control the quality and safety of our products before
they hit the consumer market.
Techincal Safety
The packaging of the conserves is sterilised with an air-tight seal to ensure
that the contents remain uncontaminated. As a rule of thumb, packages that for
some reason appear oxidised or punctured should be rejected.
