The catch

The conserves are made from fresh fish caught captured daily off the Portuguese coast.

When the boats are emptied of their catch, the produce is transported directly to our factory situated in the immediate vicinity of the docks where it is stored in a cooled chamber between 0 - 5 ºC. This completely guarantees the freshness of the raw material before the fish is moved to the shop floor where the fish is decapitated, gutted and washed.
